偏生物却又不热门的方向，想申请EB1A+NIW，问了问几个华人律师，有的说可以考虑，
虽然EB1A机率不高，还有的直接说EB1A不用考虑了．大家帮忙看看可以么？谢谢先

citation : 36　（这个很汗，还是全部．短期内不太可能有大增长，所以是绝对的弱

别管用什么译文，根据上下文，这里都是和旧我一刀两断的意思。跟随耶稣，连旧我都

I can understand why the lawyers may have different opinions. I think that
you surely have better chance in NIW than EB1A, but you can't say that there
's zero chance for EB1A, as there's case on this board who got EB1A approved
with similar numbers as yours. Well, we only know the numbers, but not the
details. With creativeness, you may discover many shining achievements of
yours.
One thing though, the membership does not help. You'd better not to mention
it at all.

Good publication numbers.. NIW is enough. You can try EB1A at the same time.

Also, the preparation of EB1A or NIW is similar, despite their different
emphasis. When you request the reference letters, you may ask for two
versions at the same time, so your references won't feel too much troubled.
