因为是No Cost, 我只需要付payoff for old loan + pre-paid interest，其他Cost应该Broker来负担。
现在Broker告诉我，“There is a closing credit shortage of $2228.95 to you, and we will write you a check for the difference once the loan is funded.”
就是Closing的时候我付这个2200多，然后他们再退给我。这个正常吗？
