从官网的字面意思理解来看，如果工作岗位的要求不超过本科，而且又有国内本科学历
的话，可以提交国内本科学位证书。只是个人猜测。

如果那样以后申请绿卡如想走eb2，会发现很麻烦。因为入职的时候只有本科学
位，只能走eb3。到时候想走eb2还是有各种方法的，但是每一种都很麻烦。
