南都讯记者付可通讯员莫润林两名自称做煤生意的山西籍年轻男女，从香港包
车回深圳时被海关截查，车内奢侈品之多，令见多识广的关员也咂舌：iPhone4S手机7
台、卡地亚手镯、戒指、手表若干，口袋里还有钻石、绿宝石30粒，车内奢侈品总值逾
400万元。深圳湾海关称，这是该关开关以来最大宗奢侈品违法入境案。
车里奢侈品让海关吃惊
前日晚间，一辆白色丰田商务车由深圳湾口岸无申报通道入境，在现场负责抽查的
海关关员，恰好截停了这辆商务车，进行例行查验。
“当时车内坐着两名30多岁的乘客，一男一女，我们查验时，发现他们通行证的户
籍地为山西，所以特别留意了一下。”深圳湾海关一关员表示，根据查验经验，有些富
豪聚集地区的居民，出境时出手非常阔绰，关员查验时也会相应提高警惕。
尽管已有心理准备，但当关员打开商务车的后备箱时，眼前琳琅满目的奢侈品，依
然让见多识广的现场人员吃了一惊。
海关方面向南都提供了这两名“煤老板”的购物清单：iPhone4S手机7台，NIKON单
反相机1台和镜头2个，PARDA、MARC JACOBS、DANIEL HECHTER等品牌的手袋，CARTIER
、BREGUET等品牌的手表，CARTIER手镯和戒指等，经清算，这些奢侈品的品牌多达数十
种，其中仅手镯一款，单价就达到数万元。
关员在清点完现场的奢侈品后，又对乘客座位和手提包进行例行检查，而第二次查
验也有“收获”。在当事人李某随手挂在车座上的衣服口袋中，关员搜出了28粒钻石和
两粒绿宝石，其中两颗绿宝石的个头还不小。在当事人王某的随身背包中，查获没花完
的港币现钞54万元。
两山西人表现非常淡定
据清算，两名山西“煤老板”，此番出境采购的奢侈品，总价值超过400万元，由
于这两人是使用港澳通行证入境，因此这些奢侈品应该都是在香港采购。深圳湾海关称
，这是深圳湾口岸2007年开关以来查获的最大宗奢侈品非法入境案。
据海关知情人士分析，该起案件所涉及的大量奢侈品，应该属自用范围，因为价值
逾400万元的奢侈品，每种都只买了一两件，而且看两人的打扮，也不像水客。对于价
值逾400万元的奢侈品被查，两名年轻人现场表现非常淡定，其中一人甚至对关员表示
，花钱购物不算什么，有钱就应该消费。
购物清单
◎iPhone4s手机7台

说法
可能判3年以下徒刑
根据法律有关条文，这两个山西人不仅可能破财，而且可能还有牢狱之灾。根据《
刑法》“走私普通货物罪”相关规定，走私货物、物品偷逃应缴税额在五万元以上不满
十五万元的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处偷逃应缴税额一倍以上五倍以下罚金
。据海关表示，两年轻人应该缴纳的税在5万元以上。目前该起案件已经转交缉私部门
