上了电视后，蒸猪的名头确实火了一把，相信老板也是比以前更忙了，所谓人怕出名猪
怕壮。
一家如此享誉的店居然因为高架桥的修建而倒闭了？实在是有点震惊！
个人觉得，这一现象的出现也绝非偶然原因。其实追根溯源，很多历史文化的等等的符
号也就是这么消失的。
我们不妨将均安蒸猪看成一种美食名片，探讨其消失背后的具体诉求。
一个简单的原因，高架桥。
其实我不解的是因为高架桥的出现确实会出现上述问题，但为什么店家不会迁址到另一
个地方开店呢？
古语有云兔子不吃窝边草，那我消费者为什么要去你桥边店呢？
作为商家，高架桥的修建也不是一两天，为什么不能提前规划，做出相应的调整呢？
而且，虽然迁址会使生意受到一些影响，但是如果自身的手艺好，又何愁没有生意？中
国有很多老店几经变址顾客仍是络绎不绝。究其原因我觉得还是自身定位没找准以来市
场的竞争力大。
所以就针对这个问题，我觉得高架桥并不能说是主要因素。可以算一个有影响的客观因
素，但主要还是出在人身上。

有人知道这个draft letter是什么么？

呵呵,就是给editor发信问能不能提供review机会
editor回信说，如果我有机会的话，你也要先给我发一封draft letter过来。
不知道这个draft letter是什么东西，难道是一封正式的索要review的信么？难道之前
发的email还不够正式？
