tmd，实在太累了
EB1B485投了1个月之后公司危险，然后投EB1A140，现在rfe了
虽然律师说不影响EB1B的485，如果公司没事的话，心里还是很不放心，希望律师说的是对的(如果谁知道律师说的不对，请让我知道)
这段日子实在太难熬了，公司不顺，绿卡不顺，不知道该怎么办

在CLOSING COST里面有几项不太清楚
under Prorations/Adjustments
我要付两个月地产税
然后 New Loan charges
我又要付 5个月的税 和3个月的保险
还有一项MISCELLANEOUS 付一年的保险
所以一共加起来我要付 7个月的税？和１５个月的保险？？？
Escrow officer告诉我这个星期４ ＣＬＯＳＥ 那我的ＢＩＬＬ 是２０１２年一
月到
可是一月我还得付税。。。那么先付的ＴＡＸ和保险 会还给我吗？？
非常confused...

如果公司在绿卡下来之前挂了，EB1B全部不算
EB1B485投了1个月之后，我的公司比较危险，所以又投了EB1A140，如果EB1A批了，即
使没有h1b，身份也是合法的，这些都是律师说的

worry too much.

Lawyers should be more experienced in this. Theoretically all applications
are independent.

to control. You have done your best to hurry up your application, and now

Are you sure???? If you have EAD, what you shall worry even if you don't
have a job unless your company want to revoke your I-140, but why they shall revoke if they lay you off not because you leave the company?

If the IOs do not know that this company is out of business, your 485
processing might be still approved.
This may not be true, 140 approval does not change your status. You have to
apply for 485 to make your status being AOS and you can legally stay, also
apply for EAD to make you eligible to work, all until your 485 is approved.
If 485 had any problems, one would be out of status right when the 485 was
rejected.

是的，如果io不知道的话，确实没事，不过律师说不推荐，当时为保险起见，还是重新
申请了EB1A
律师说如果EB1A140批了而且当时485还有效的话，可以relink，当然如果485悲剧，那
什么都挂了

如果EB1B 485要面试，有可能要employment verification letter
虽然老板说公司即使没钱也会撑到180天之后，但实在是没信心
所以当时想申请EB1A可以保底

It is fine to do that as you like to secure and it is a personal thing,
though I personally would not spend such money and time and energy to do

EAD may take three months.
Now that you have already done so, just wait to see what the EB1A RFE is. It
could be quite simple.
