利率想在一个月内closing，和realtor关系好的HSBC，只给4%的，但是因为可以用我自
己的律师，告诉我可以省500-600的律师费。自己在找了一个local broker，可以给3.
875%，但是不知道可靠吗？求建议！

just use the one gives you the best rate as long as he is from a good big
bank. The a realtor, the worst is the client found the lower rate, but
could not close on time, and could not give the client whatever was promised
at the beginning.

你有多喜欢房子？用realtor推荐的好处是，对realtor是双重利益，出啥问题会尽力帮
你把case做下去。如果你的case很干净的话，那就是利率低的
另外可以买了以后refi
还有没有lock把case做完前说的利率的现实性总是有点打折

broker的话最好是有身边人做过的，就担心承诺了最好没履行

多谢！我的case很干净，但是小的broker，又没有朋友推荐，总感觉不太踏实！

没有推荐的还是谨慎些哦

if I were you, i'd go with HSBC since they can delieve the money on time.
for your case, close it on time if more important then getting 0.125% of
lower rate.
