有線網路連接
最好每個房間有 jack, 至少書房 和生活 / 家庭房影音有. 不需擔心無線信號問題,
或設備不支援 wifi 問題.

最重要一个：用排气到室外的抽油烟机不要用带微波炉的内循环式否则后悔莫及。

墙高8-9ft 好像不太高哦。这个也能upgrade吗？我们买房时没经验，后来看到别的房
子都很高，屋里也显得明亮。可以到model home去看看，感觉一下。

太高了，费用也多了。

For one story, if > 2500, pls consider 9 or 10 ft.
the bigger size, u need higher ceiling, otherwise there will be dark corner.

gas line outside of your patio for BBQ grill, sprinkle system for your lawn
also upgrade your tank water heater to tankless water heater. upgrade your
heat furnace to 98% efficiency will save you a lot in heating bill in long
run.

在森林里面，而且不允许砍树做草坪。就家门前
有一个小的草坪，所以可能这个不太需要。

Lawyer / agent will not be useful for custom build houses. You don't have a
firm or final asking price to negotiate with.
