server side. Ideal candidates should have experience delivering real-time

Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of application development experience on server side.
Experience working with XMPP messaging systems high preferred.
Good understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
Experience building scalable solution on server side
Some experience with Java, Javascript, HTML or PHP desired, but not required
