先不管3721，通过你的Agent递一个比较有把握的Offer，Everything is possible.

the only chance you will be considered when the deal fall apart. How much
money you put does not matter that much.
it will looks stupid for buyer agent to hand an offer. the max your agent
can do without looking stupid is dropping an email and say in case first
deal dead, i have somebody interested and here is my contact.
so, move on.
