SR后没消息一个月跟T**************[email protected]投诉，收到下面的回复：
Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are
actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional
review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you

not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 6 months

不知道这是不是典型的回复？还是我们的case真的有问题？

今天有个agent打电话过来说是有个新房子要盖，问我们愿不愿意买，因为还没有盖所
以可以按照我们的要求来建，而且价格可以便宜，我很感兴趣，但是我LG不大愿意，说
这样做有风险，问问这样有什么需要注意的地方。谢谢！

That's exactly what i got after my SR.
I concurrent filed in Jan, my 140 was approved in Sep though.
I will wait till early Dec (3 months from my 140 approval date). If nothing
comes, i will raise another SR.

和我收到的SR的回信是一模一样。
我也是二月交的485不过是在NSC，在9月就做了SR，结果9月底的时候收到的这个信，我
这个月初打电话想再做SR，被直接告之等六个月后再说...
我找了两个议员，给USCIS几个email地址都写过信，给NSC写过正式的信，
infopass去过啥都做了，一点用都没有。
真是太郁闷了。

大家来美国的时间有多长？我严重怀疑跟第一次进来美国日期有关。或者跟身份更换太
快有关，比如J1不到5年，H1不到3年等。
