1. AP加急有没有用? 律师说可以去local office要求加急,但是要有emergency才成,想
问问版上有AP加急成功的没?
2. 因为急着回国, 有没有可能没拿到AP就回国,然后在国内等,等哪天到了,让朋友给快
递回国内,然后用AP回来. 这样有没有可能?
求教了

There are successful cases. You do need to give your reasons. The emergency
AP may have a shorter valid time than the regular ones.
No, this is not safe. Check pjiang's blog on this.

首先，再重申一遍，＂在收到 AP 前离境，AP 就失效了＂。在 I-131 的申请表格上，
写得清清楚楚："If you travel before the advance parole document is issued,
your application will be deemed abandoned if You depart from the United
States".
所以，使用 AP 的大原则一条是－－揣着 AP 出去，举着 AP 进来。
