Just did google and found the following information:
When you submit your address information, our merchant of record, Links
Unlimited Inc, must authorize a $1 charge to verify your address. This
authorization will show up as a pending charge on your billing statement,
but will never be posted to your account. The pending charge will disappear
in approximately 5-7 days.

1块钱pending也能让你担心一个小时，你是真够闲的
你要是去加油站回头pending个75块钱，是不是你要彻夜难眠熬白头了？呵呵
