刚刚在USCIS网上查了下状态，没想到主副申请人都绿了，希望早点拿到卡，也祝愿大
家都早绿！刚才转了50个包子到版内，请版主帮忙向前50个回帖人发包子，多谢!!
Decision
On August 29, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this
customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on
the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days
following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing
referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later

我有两个出租屋.现在想买一个自住屋.
假设出租屋的贷款余额是30万.
那么在办自住屋贷款的时候,是不是最大允许的贷款额要减去这30万呀?

你这两个出租屋，都是自己打理吗？我觉得出租房子，很麻烦，而且收入也不多。
房子出租收的钱，减地税，减保险，减维修费用，还要准备一段时间的空房期，再减去
收入税，就没多少钱了。 如果碰到一个无赖租客，那就麻烦了。
你是怎么弄的？

可以用两个房子做抵押贷款，额度可以提高很多。不一定对，没做过，我猜的。

最好用来货运。比如我爸妈在北京用msn给我传袋牛肉干，这边进度条显示，两个小时
就到了。

对，这是你的debt呀。不过你的income也要把租金收入算上，只要你能提供证明。

看债务情况，目前看，如果09和10年都报过rent income，就一定可以用rent income去
冲减出租房的liability。如果只在10年报过，大部分银行会允许用rent income的。如
果刚刚才报，就要赶紧报税，等到大概6月份的时候就应该可以用rent income了。
用不了rent income的话，就只能凭挣得多了。
另外，如果是现在的自住房上有line，办贷款的时候可以找人签lease，然后把deposit
打给LZ，LZ最好有30%的equity，这样这个租金收入是可以冲抵总债务的，不论LZ以前
是不是房东，有没有报rent income。
