年初EB-3大跃进的时候 PD current，递交了I-140和485。运气不好，反反复复经历了3
次I-140 premium process才成功批了140，可惜140批的时候EB3排期已经退回2006。但
至少I-140 approval notice已经收到了.
没想到前两天忽然收到 USCIS的email:
Application Type: I140 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER
Your Case Status:
On August 28, 2014, we decided to refund the fee on this I140 IMMIGRANT
PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Once we complete our fee return processing, we
will mail your refund to the address on record. This refund does not
otherwise affect the processing of this case. It was receipted on August 28,
2014, and we mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case.
Please follow any instructions on this notice. This case is at our NEBRASKA
SERVICE CENTER location. If this case was not completed before this fee
refund, we will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need
something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our
Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or
call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

去USCIS网站查140状态发现以前那个“Post Decision Activity"的highlight不见了，
所有状态的圆圈都是灰色的，不知道这是什么意思？有哪位能给解释一下？
