Beijing Law Office of Horus L. Kai is an experimental unit for reform
designated by Beijing Municipal Judicial Bureau. Named individually after
the Lawyer Kailai and founded in June 1995, it is a comprehensive lawyer
office established by adopting the operation methods usually used in British
and American lawyer offices and combining the actual circumstances in China
, which is engaged mainly in various legal affairs involved in the economic
and cultural intercourse between China and foreign countries. Besides the
headquarters in Beijing, a branch has been set up in Dalian, and moreover,
some branches are being prepared to be established in Shanghai, Shenyang and
Zhengzhou, etc. The founder and the legal representative of the office, a
senior lawyer-Mrs. Kailai graduated from the Law Department and the
International Politics Department of Beijing University and is acting as a
guest professor in the USA Humane Studies University, who has published such
works as "An Introduction to Fundamental Jurisprudence" and "Won the
Lawsuit in USA", etc.
