在uscis的policy memo里有这么一段话，
Participating in the judging of the work of others in the same or an allied
academic field alone, regardless of the circumstances, should satisfy the
regulatory criteria in part one. However, for the analysis in part two, the
alien’s participation should be evaluated to determine whether it was
indicative of the alien being recognized internationally as outstanding in a
specific academic area。
求建议： 除了让editor写信直接证明internally recognized，还有其他的方法去证明
么？
