11月中拿到citi aa biz卡,但卡上连续两个月账单的miles都没有post出来,已经等了
连个月多了,打了无数个电话给citi。还是biz卡的客服,customer service不好好干
活,整天就是transfer to AA for details,或submit report要等。
昨天凌晨发的email给Citi CEO,昨天上午收到回信说要调查(试着联系我,没电话联系
上),今天查了查AAdvantage账户已经到账了。
经验是,只要靠谱的大公司,自己个人的case合理,一般闹到ceo那处理起来速度很快。
这是第二家 fight ceo得到正面结果的bank。可能接下来还有别的bank需要fight解决
问题,如果特定部门的客服一个个都实在不像话的话。附加,贴上此次fight的部分内
容。
Dear Chief Executive Officer of Citi,
I am writing to you concerning the terrible experience with Citi Business
AAdvantage Mastercard.
I got this new credit card in the middle of Nov. After one week of the first
statement (Nov.), however, I did not get any miles in my AAdvantage account
***. I called the card member service quite a few times. Each time I got a
different answer such as miles taking some time to post, transfer to
AAdvantage (the airline side) agent for details, AA website have some
problems with posting miles and etc.
I waited for another month. However, till now two weeks after the second
statement (Dec.) I still did not get any miles (both the Nov.’s statement
miles and Dec.’s statement miles are still missing) in my AAdvantage
account. I called the card member service again and again, but they are just
repeating the same words.

In short, I appreciate your time and business. I am sure you, Chief
Executive Officer of Citi, will investigate on this misconduct and give me
and my company a fair treatment!
