can someone please share what is the mailing address to send response to RFE
? I got I-140 RFE for my EB1A from Texas Center in Jan, but there was no
golden sheet mentioned in my RFE mail. I assume the mailing address is
provided on that sheet. What else is on the golden sheet?
I called USCIS service center, and no one could help me. After two months of
painful preparation for responding to the RFE. Now I don't know where to
send my response and supporting documents to! Any informaiton here will be
helpful. Thanks very much!

在中国提交了亲属移民，批准之前，怎么来美国，用什么visa? F1, B1还可以吗？

你们不懂高级产品的理念，苹果maps的这个不准确性，导致我经常迷路，然后
就发现了很多interesting的新地方，这个应该算是iPhone的feature。不像
google map总是那么准确，多无聊啊。

You can only come in on H, L visa with dual intent, not on B or F visa

扯，亲测可用，填表时如实填写了F类申请中的情况，B2签证+代签了5+次，一次都没有
问题。

Thank you all. My RFE was messed up originally: didn't receive the original
letter. They resent a copy after 3 months , but no golden ( or whatever
color) sheet. My case is eb1a, non-pp, Texas center. I will wait to see if
anyone is in the same category as mine..

可以。有可能被拒。要很强的不会用这个签证来移民的证据。

我们当时也没收到那张应该在回RFE时附在第一页的黄纸，但是我们律师收到的RFE有那
一页，律师把整封信scan后email给我们了。但是我们的rfe是先寄给律师后，他们帮我
们递的，究竟寄到TSC的什么地方，我们也不大清楚。

我们当时除了RFE letter，什么也没收到。最后就按RFE letter第一页上的地址寄回
去的，没有问题。

Thank you. there is also an address on my RFE letter.Since i had very
unlucky expericne with my case from the begining, i became sensatitive with
anything with USCIS. your answer gave me comfort :)
