WM Charges 4.95 to reload at kiosk
I just got back from WM and was reloading my serve card using the kiosk. I
was reloading with 2 $500 simmon's GC and when I look at my balance only 496
.05 was added to the balance. It seems like I was charged 4.95 for every
time I loaded. I first used the walmart moneycard option and then I tried
the bluebird option and both still charged me 4.95 per load.

接触过学校里面很多研究生，数学对于他们是非常头痛的问题，让配一个溶液基本上肯
定算错。如果研究生qualify有人出题目让算配0.5M的某种溶液能让80%的研究生栽跟头。
当然，有少数美国人数学还是不错的。那真是凤毛麟角。

我们这一意大利来的讲师，50除4除了半天得25，我们还是理科。

所以美国银行业很容易从老百姓那忽悠到钱，老百姓首先对自己的债务怎么处理的没数

Just called Serve. The rep says WM changes the policy to charge Serve ATM
load with 3.95 fee each time. And it's PERMANENT (from last week or so).
But I argued that I have not received any advance notice, so the rep agreed
to give me back the charges as "Good Faith Credit". That reflected in the
account instantly.
WM load for serve is over. BB is still OK (tested).
