前段时间找工作，一直在几个offer之间犹豫。
有一家公司没有完全拒绝，只说“I DO want to accept the offer now. but xxxx”.
上周收到offer letter.
最后决定拒绝，但人力资源回信如下：
Unfortunately, you accepted the offer and we declined other candidates, as
well as started your H1B processing costing xxx $x,000.00.
这是否意味赔偿和打官司？

我听说把generator连总电闸上需要有执照的电工才能做的哎。
