地而出名。韩国《中央日报》13日报道称,最近部分韩国商贩宣布拒绝乘坐该地区客轮
,理由是客轮方面“优待中国人”。
《中央日报》称,这些拒绝登船的商贩很多都是坐平泽胶东海运客轮前往中国山东
威海做生意的小贸易商人联合会会员,每周在韩国和威海往来3次。他们中的500多人从
11日开始就拒绝乘坐客轮。
报道称,商贩们拒绝乘船是因为客轮方面“有差别对待乘客”。他们认为客轮方面
“把有窗户或安装了电视机的好房间优先分配给旅客或中国人”。报道援引小商人朴某
的话称,“再也不想坐那个船了,难道只有中国人是人,我们是托运的行李?”商人李
某抱怨说,“给中国人的被褥和毛毯都是干净的,给我们的却是没有洗过的旧的,大家
都因为皮肤病苦不堪言”。
报道还援引平泽市港口支援事务所一名有关负责人的话称:“包括平泽胶东海运在
内的位于平泽港的韩中客轮公司大部分都是中国资本建立的,所以会优待中国乘客,时
间长了就有可能发生这样的事情。”
然而,知情人士透露,平泽胶东轮渡并非存在“优待中国人”,这些韩国小商贩“
抵制”轮渡是对客轮方面此前在一起事故上的处理不满,想以“抵制”来施压。韩联社
11日援引小贸易商会长李某的话称,上月末因为客轮在中国发生接触事故导致489名商
人在中国滞留了5天,轮渡公司虽然补偿了往返船票但没有道歉,于是这些小商贩开始
抵制乘船。一部分人则转乘大隆海运和日照国际海运等从事贸易活动。
韩联社称,定员720人的2.4万吨平泽胶东轮渡11日下午只承载了150多名乘客和集
装箱货物就出发了。考虑到人均一张往返船票为10.7万韩元,所以轮渡公司一次就遭受
了5000多万韩元的损失。平泽胶东轮渡一名负责人表示,目前正在与中国总公司协商解
决此问题。
《中央日报》称,截至今年9月,共有39.3万人利用了京畿道平泽港的国际旅客码
头。目前,大约有2000多名韩国小贸易商乘坐4条韩中渡轮航线往返于韩中之间。(本报

at least you should hire an attorney.
If the house is not expensive, you don't have to have an agent. an attorney
will be enough.

I would do an inspection 1st, if there are problems, ask the seller give
you credit or deduct the price. if everything is okay then hire a lawyer to
do the rest.

Hire an inspector and finish inspection first, then write an offer or
depesit dependening on the inspection report.

If you are the first time buyer, you should have an agent to protect
yourself. Buying a house is a big deal, you should not short change
yourself just because you want to save some money. There are many agents
out there willing to accept a flat fee and return most of the commission
back to you since you already found the house. So, ask around and find an
agent.
To answer your question about the ernest money, it is usually no more than 1
% of your purchasing price. If $1500 is less than 1% then is reasonable.
There are many details on the contract you need to pay attention and
negotiate, such as who pay for the title insurance, who pay for the escrow,
etc, those add up to thousands of dollars. So an experienced agent can
protect your rights and save you money.
