one has a pilot light, which i need to manually light every fall.
the other uses electrical lighter, which automatically lights the furnace.

如果你不确定你的 furnace 状况，最好还是请人来做 routine maintenance, 减少危
险图个放心。你的 furnace 烧油吗，如果烧油，有些卖油的公司会提供免费 tune up,
否则是 200 刀左右。
并非每年都要做这个，而是按照你的使用程度。
