in the negotiating process with company to apply for GC thru eb1c process,
but they said very likely hard to get it since i dont manage people and more
important, i dont manage budget. Anyone has any experience getting GC thru
eb1c with L1B visa? Any suggestion how to make it happen? ---> btw, does the
title HAVE to be with MANAGER for eb1c?
besides that a couple of more option I can have:
1. eb1c --> if possible, that would be the best (without any doubt)
2. eb2 (and then ask company to apply for h1b for me next year)--->LD has
already have PD date and 140 approved, so I guess not really need for it;
also not sure whether I can get h1b next yr or not....
3. h4 ead (since LD got 140 approved already). But there would be a gap
while changing my l1b to h4 (and h4 EAD), not sure how i should handle this
gap......
