有可能投3个抽中2个啊。。而且通过不同的employer file几份h1b好像没有被明文禁止

Cap Gap extension until September 30th. You should still make sure you get
the official receipt, but that may take some time. Your record has been
updated, though, so you do have the Cap Gap extension. I would imagine that
means your application was selected in the lottery, but I would wait until
you have the official receipt just to confirm that.
