has been backdated from 12/15/2013 (August) to 01/01/2006 (starting
September).

Your priority date is 08/21/2012 so as of now, unless the Visa Bulletin
advances, it could take 6 years until your adjustment of status application
is adjudicated. We check the Visa Bulletin every month and will keep you
