大家好，我想请教一下我这种情况，申请妻子移民的流程，和指导我个人的理解是否正
确。
我是美国公民，今年四月和我太太结婚。太太是中国大陆来美国用J1签证的访问学者。
她与今年六月初回国去，开始她那个J1两年的限期。
根据我的理解，我应该现在就可以开始申请她移民，填一个I-130表。递交上去，等这
个被批准了之后，当我太太满两年后，她立刻可以来没团聚。
我有几个问题：
- 是不是可以立刻开始申请（虽然还要等待两年），提早递交又没有坏处？
- 是不是只要填I-130表
- 两年之后，会是怎么回事呢？是不是美国这边等限期一到，自动会发移民签证。我到
时还要做什么事情？
- 这两年之内，我太太可不可以以旅游或者其他身份来美国？

EVL RFE received and responded, Aug, 2014
Relink back to EB2 May, 2015
Med + Evl RFE received July 13, 2015
MED+EVL RFE reponse received Aug 05, 2015.

in mid Aug, my attorney sent a mail to USCIS to request my case to be
approved by the end of this month. Maybe this worked.
I tried to contact the congress office with no response.
tried to call USCIS office, always told to wait for 60 days.
Hope more will get the green card by the end of this month!

file I-130 about 1 year before she fulfill the 2-year requirement. Filing
too early will cause NVC to start the process early, and you can only
postpone one year for CP. If NVC waits more than a year, they can close
your case which means although your approved I-130 is still good, you need
to file I-824 to start NVC process again. That's >$300 fee for I-824.

That's true. Once you file I-130 petition, your wife will have immigration
intend. For most non-immigration visa (except for H1, O-1 visa) applicant,
you are not supposed to have immigration intent.

我没有遇到过你这种情况，可能完全是乱说，说错了不要笑。
既然你是公民，办个b2让她过来，然后直接130＋485啊，这件事情和j1有关系吗？我觉
得当初她就不应该回去啊。

转个别的签证先过来（例如F1），然后豁免，然后……

据说J-1豁免很难办到，是不是真的？她不是那种医院的人才。在国内也没有背景可以
搞到No objection letter。
还有一个问题就是：是不是一旦我开始申请，她在两年之内就不能来看我了？

no objection letter是美国这里领事馆搞得，跟背景无关，不过已经回国也搞不到了
。她旅游探亲还是可以的，B1/2应该没问题。再说她不能看你你就不能回国看她咩？
