我已经有了1年的工作经验，平时用C++,Java 和 Python也会用，master是做data
mining方向的。
觉得在现在公司也没什么前途，希望能去大些的公司工作。
prefer Houston的工作机会，但是在Austin的也成.
希望有好心人帮忙refer，不盛感激！

My company has lawyer but he don't have the format, I think if I have the
format, I can ask my company lawyer to do it for me.
Stamp and sign off, I can get it done today.
So who have the format in hand can help me?

国内的委托书你google 一下就好了。公证委托书作为关键词哪个都行
国内要用的和这里你公司的律师没有关系的。。。。除非你是在美国要委托才用英文的

My company lawyer don't know Chinese, so I have to use English version, and
I will translate it to Chinese version by myself, and ask my company lawyer
to notary it.
I am not sure whether it work or not, but hope it work.........

不知道你在国内哪个城市，各个地方规定不一样
拿你的身份证护照复印件，最好是扫面后彩色打印的那种，用中文写上你的委托书信
息，委托人的身份证复印件。这些在国内应该足够了。
相反不知道美国这边的委托书国内公证处是否认同建议你还是直接用中文的公证委托
书吧，至少再准备一份。就是个表格直接问你要去办的公证处有些是会提供的
