上个月律师通知说降级的I-140 approved，同时提到intefile在I-140里面已经做了，
然后说会再发一份正式申请做interfile
While we already requested the EB-3 I-140 cover letter that it be interfiled
with the AOS Applications once approved, we will also send a formal request
to USCIS to interfile the I-140 EB-3 and continue processing the AOS
Application using the newly-approved EB-3 I-140
之后问了律师几次正式申请interfile的进展，都说在准备材料。请问这种情况算是
relink开始了么？律师回复非常慢，可不可以自己同时做relink？ 非常感谢
