我公司律师的回复节选如下，我都搞糊涂了，我的priority date 是14年一月。我是
EB3. 我要怎么回应她？
There are two charts on the October Visa Bulletin. One is for Final Action
Date and the other is Filing Date. The USCIS does not honor the Filing
Date. That date is for individuals who are not in the US and are filing in
person at the Department of State’s National Visa Center. The
Department
of State is not the same as the USCIS. Such filing requires individuals to
be outside of the US for a substantial amount of time while their petition
processes. The Final Action Date is for individuals that are already in the
US and working here. We cannot file your I-485 until your priority date
comes current on the Final Action Date chart. I know it is very confusing,
but, trust me, this is correct. Baker

You're good since you don't need a downgrade (which needs company

呵呵，可等到你了。您给说说，这个title会不会有问题？county给的只是tax deed，有
人说这只是说明俺只是拥有1st lien position，还得打官司才能拿到title。打官司复
杂不复杂？

normally tax sale will wipe out all other liens just like the regular
foreclosure. check with your local title company and see if anyone can issue
you a title insurance. Also talk to a local real estate attorney to find
out local state laws about this. if you real into this, you will need one
and a good one to help on that.

还有谁知道Baker McKenzie 这个公司，我公司外包给他们做员工的移民申请，刚刚公
司律师说她咨询了Baker, 他们也认为还是用final action date chart。我心里要骂娘

别的不需要了

可以拿到。之前有人讨论过，你可以直接找uscis要一份copy，你再搜一下或者发帖子
问问。

我的建议是这样的：
DIY 485 +　FOIA-USCIS拿140 copy

不需要，理论上只需要i140批准的case number，移民局自己就可以查到。你把网上查
到approval的网页截个图都可以
不放心就file foia，自己去要140和perm的复印件

扯。485必须交正式批准件的复印件。不能用截图。uscis的确可以查到你的140状态，
但是，是不是愿意查就另外一回事了。
你应该file foia去找uscis要求一份140的复印件。时间多长就不好说了。

USCIS的要求是“I-140 Approval Notice”，你自己看着办
140是公司财产，不可能让你拿到“正式批准件”，更不可能让让你随便复印
要自己交个485必须自己做foia，自己想想对么？
老中就是tmd喜欢自己折腾自己。485出生证明必须“一式三份出生公证”这种扯淡惯例
，也是某些傻逼老中搞出来的。结果老中人人都交这个傻逼公证，搞的移民局以为这是
中国政府标准文档，少一页他们就不认
其他国家怎么搞？很多国家的485申请人去医院开个条子签个字就ok了。移民局照收不误

去USCIS网站上截图表示自己的case number已经批准，这也是notice啊
否则140哪来给个人的approval notive，foia给你的也是approved i140复印件，其实
就是公司给你递交的140上面盖了个approved章而已
