485 pending 还有一个月才到180天。 律师正准备提交h1b transfer 和 AC21。律师说
虽然提交h1b transfer 和 AC21 早于180天，不过只要超过180天后去新公司就可以满
足180天的要求。请问律师说的准确么？

h1b transfer 无所谓，AC21可以稍后再交也可以。 你确信前雇主不会在180天之前取
消140？ 你的140 批了吗？

140 批了，前雇主（也就是现雇主）很有可能会取消140。不过准备485 pending 180天
后再通知前雇主（也就是现雇主），不知提前提交AC21是否有影响？看样子将来雇主的
律师坚持要h1b transfer和AC21一起交。

PD (2014/04)已经current了，不知提前提交AC21会不会导致USCIS泄露信息(发个ref啥
的)给前（现）雇主？担心啊！

你应该交J表吧？ 你把下面J表的instruction好好读几遍，再和律师讨论485 180天的
问题。

wl123说的对。现在485 pending期间换工作，都是交J表了。你没有到180天就交J表，
非常危险。

我觉得你可以这样。
新公司开始办h1b transfer。
离职（新公司开始上班）的时间一定要180天之后，然后再让新公司交J表（以及G28）
。

J表不是交485的时候一起交的吗？
