要求：（对交流能力要求很高）
两年经验以上，MBA/graduate degree and/or CFA preferred
Two or more years with direct exposure to hedge funds through an allocator,
service provider or direct investment role
Strong knowledge of economics, financial instruments and derivatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
Bloomberg (preferred)
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, take appropriate action and maintain
good judgment while ensuring high quality output at all times Excellent
communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Domestic and international travel may be required

Initiate research on Fundamental managers, sourcing prospective managers
Prepare and conduct full onsite meetings/interviews/inspections with senior
investment and risk management professionals at current and prospective
hedge funds
Manage the investment due diligence process in collaboration with members of
the Operational Due Diligence / Market Risk teams
