面试的时候，公司不停问有没有其他公司在面试我，该怎么回答这个问题？
最近面试了一家大公司，他们从开始phone screen 的时候，就问我，有没有其他公司
面试我，我说有很多（确实是这样）。onsite 当天， hr又问我，有没有其他公司在面
我，我说，有两家（当时，确实是这样，有两家约了我phone screen）。然后，一轮
onsite之后，他们又要面第二轮onsite,而且，这次，hr也要参与。这期间，面我的其
他那两家公司，我都没有过他们的phone screen.但是又有第三家公司面了我，而且，
我过了phone screen.已经约好了和manager 谈，而且是在和大公司的第二个onsite之
后。我不知道，对于这个大公司的第二个 onsite,他们问起我有没有公司interview
我，我该怎么回答？我还没有和大公司第二次onsite过。
我是experienced的。在拿上一个offer的时候，面试 manager,也问了我同样问题，我
当时说，没什么公司interview我。反正，我后来，拿了他们的offer.

自己起草了PL，推荐信，把所有的证据都归类标号了，然后打包交给了律师。
不知过多久该催催他们呢？

My personal feeling is that iPAD might be failure.
For all previous apple product, from iMac to iPod to iPhone, I either had
one or wanted to have one. But for iPad, I don't even have the desire to buy
one regardless of the relative low price.
But can't underestimate the power of apple fans.

我来回答一下。面试问这个问题有多重用意在里面。
首先，招聘公司需要知道他们在和哪些公司竞争，如果你同时在面其他家，那该公司可
以根据面试你的情况判断你是否可以拿到其他offer. 如果你面试表现很好，人家会认
为你会很顺其自然拿到其他家offer,这时公司会相应调整对你的开价策略。如果你是抢
手货，公司就会愿意为你出高一点价。同时公司也可以根据你在面的其他家的薪资水平
相应调整开给你的价。
第二，公司要根据你其他面试的进度调整开offer的时间。有时公司不愿意比其他家早
开价因为担心你会拿A offer去B家negotiate然后A成了炮灰。当然如果你其他offer已
经在手那公司也会相应加快进度给你开offer让你能做决定。
第三，也是最重要的一点。通过你的面试数量和offer数量侧面判断你的实力。如果你
面试多offer多，公司会很乐于给你开offer与其他公司竞争，所有人都喜欢抢手货，越
抢手的越是宝。有时候即使你的面试并不是让所有人都满意，hiring manager也可能会
争取给你开offer因为别家抢着要你就说明你一定有过人之处。反之，如果你没有什么
面试也没有什么offer,那你的形象就大打折扣了. 记住，抢来的永远比自己送上门的要
好就是这个道理。

其他公司最好提前不要说，除非有offer，或者面完感觉比较positive，有potential
offer
HR知道你面其他公司，尤其是同level公司就会一直track，他们一般不希望提前出结果
，被拿去match，就会一直拖着出offer，这样如果你没拿到其他offer会很被动....无
论你说被拒或者没消息，都可能会被low ball..因为他们知道你底牌了，你没其他选择
如果你有其他offer，不管啥时候说，都会match的。。。所以我建议offer之前或者
onsite positive之前都不要告诉HR太多

ipad will have initial success at least. and amazingly made another
