今天去naturalization interview, 其它都好。可是被要求RFE了。原来是填表的时候
说自己以前是党员(后来听说这是愚蠢的做法...).
表格是问“have you EVER been associated a member of, or associated (either
directly or indirectly) with the Communist Party". 我写了yes.
RFE是这样说的。“An application who is or has been a member of or affiliated
with teh Community Party or any other totalitarian organization within the
last 10 years cannot be approved for naturalization unless the membership
meets the exceptions described in INA 313(d),INA 313（e), 8 CFR 313.3, and 8
CFR 316.11(c）”
RFE 给了一个月递交证明我非党员。
我的情况.2011年批准绿卡。2017年夏申请的公民。2000出国后没交党费。
请问谁有经验一次，讲讲准备什么材料，怎样准备吗？总不想还得回国一趟吧。

你当年申请绿卡的时候，485上有没有说是党员？要前后一致很重要，如果在入籍的时
候说谎，后果更严重。
网上搜搜能找到很多关于党员问题的模板，大不了等绿卡10年后再入籍。

我都不记得485/绿卡时候写了什么了。不过他们难道没审核过再同意让我去面试？
哪里有模板？
10年后再入籍有什么好处？

这个statement的写法和绿卡申请的不同。我有认识的，同样情况，回复之后批准了

这么说来我申请的时候可以填NO了？我06年就出国，已经11年过去了。。。
