我有一个关于I94入境卡的问题。我以2013年以前以F1的身份入境，获得94小白卡，由
于种种原因至今没有回国。
中间在美国境内转过身份从F1-H1-F1-H1，都得到了新的有效的I94。现在是H1身份，
I94有效到后年。
我的第一张手写的小白卡原件在H1-F1申请539form的时候寄给了移民局。
现在在交等485面试。据说任何文件都需要原件。那张94白卡也是我唯一一次的入境记
录，我有很清楚的正反复印件。也有当时护照上的入境stamp，i20上的入境stamp，甚
至当时的登机牌都留着。
由于是13年以前入境的，cbp上也查不到信息。拿到绿卡前也不准备回国。
请问没有那张入境白卡的原件，面试官会问最近一次入境信息, 面试会不会造成麻烦。
怎么可以从USCIS要回原件，或者重办一下. 或者问FOIA要入境record?

近期看4.8, 能不能如果到4.7x的话就可以再进了！

个人觉得你的复印件足够，看看别人的回复吧。
和他们说明你的情况就好了，当时不需要给他们原件的。不过应该问题不大。
毕竟你的资料都可以查询到

lots of share holders from last year would like to sell once C hit $5.
That is why it is really hard for C to maintain at $5.
I am afraid C will drop more.
The most scaring part is ER is coming.
Either MM will scare holders away or holders choose walk away before ER.

Incorrect. USCIS only need copies of most documents, but you need to keep
the original document in case USCIS asks for them.
The exception is application, medical exam results, and J form (or EVL). You
have to submit the original ones (not copies).

主要是看过别人的USCIS发出的 interview notice. 里面有写:
Must bring the following items with you:
All travel documents used to enter the United States, including Passports,
Advance Parole documents (I-512) and I-94s(Arrival/Departure Document).
Original and copy of each supporting document that you submitted with your
application. Otherwise, we may keep your originals for our record.
所以比较担心.

For interview, you are supposed to bring both original and copy of your
documents, but I-94 is different.
In the past, people are supposed to submit the original I-94 to airlines
when they leave the US. Most people don't have the past original I-94 with
them, so you will be fine if you have a copy of the past I-94s.
Nothing to worry about.
