I bought an ebay item and tried to make payment through PayPal, it didn't
allow me to complete payment. I called PayPal then talking to two first
level agents and two supervisors. First level agents and one of supervisors
said blocking is due to security problem, another supervisor told there is a
bug in the system causing my account blocked.
