上个礼拜4 下午on site面试了一家公司。,自己觉得还行,最后一轮是
Director,我on site 之前电话上和他谈过半个小时。面试时他最后跟我说"我知道你在
现在公司呆得很开心,我要给你一个怎样的offer才能让你来呢"。当时觉得这份工作肯
定拿到了,礼拜四晚上写了感谢信给recruiter. 可是到现在没有消息,很沮丧,是不是没
戏了

问问recruiter吧。表达一下你的兴趣。
也许你不在top of the list.

闲着没事不要 contact them, I do not think it is useful in anyway. unless in
some special situation. just wait and contact them in one week if nothing
happens. most likely they will make you an offer.

我觉得我最后没有处理好他的关于offer 的那句话。我当时回答说我的确沒有在找工作
。但是我看到联系我的recruiter 是在给你们公司招人。你们公司是这么有名的一家公
司。所以我觉得我应该give myself a try

没必要太纠结，我一般不会 follow up, no email, no thank you letter. only one
case, they promised to give me an offer, and HR was to slow to give me back

拿不到offer, 一般都心情不好，再去看人家不清不楚的回复，只会自寻烦恼，所以
normally after the interview just forget it and move on. they will find you
if they want to make you an offer. :)

我很理解你的心情。
不过现在都周末了。就算你发信都可能没人回。你还能干什么呢？不如看书看电视看
电影出去玩买东西:-)
我最近拿了一些offer，几乎没有next bussiness day给答复的。一个多星期给offer
太正常了。

你前段时间也拿了“一些”offer吧？我的offer你大多都看不上的。（不过最差的
offer也比我原来强不少）
很多事情的确是”焉知非福”啊。（下一句是“焉知非祸”，还得继续努力，不可大
意）

打电话问了recruiter, 他说那个director 认为这个职位对我太低了，他认为我是一个
full stack engineer, so he is talking with other leaders to move me to a
higher level role. 当时面试的时候，那个director的确问了我说，如果把我放到别
的职位上做full stack developer 可不可以，因为他认为我有很多application
development 方面的经验. 但是 recruiter也说现在我申请的那个职位，他们还在面试
别人。请问这是什么状况啊
