这两天no point no fee一直在跌。如果是conforming,不算底。
如果是super-conforming，大概算吧。

there was another offer at even lower rate， but with about $1000 closing
cost.
I opted the one without.
I kind of doubt I am really that luck as to getting the lowest rate. But, I had to act. That was only last week.

ｃｏｓｔ是存在的，就是ｕｐｆｒｏｎｔ还是ｈｉｄｄｅｎ的区别。
绝对数字省钱就好。
