第一次听说小区不交物业费，房子会被没收的！
报个地区来听听，这物管牛叉大了去，老丈人是大大？

好像有的地方，尤其是Condo, 如果长期不交管理费，Home owner association 是可以
强行把房子拍卖了的，这个取决于HOA的条款是怎么写的。当然，这些条款都很长，字
又很小，很多人未必仔细读过。

我研究过bylaw，不知道bylaw的自己查，确实可以卖了你房子。hoa厉害。注，取决于
