We're looking for Senior Front End Developer(Several) in Shanghai, China for
a US
company which is setting up a team there.
Job Summary:
This Developer works closely with design, engineering and product teams to
implement modern, clean and effective web user interfaces in multiple high-
traffic web properties
Requirements:
• Strong command of modern standards-based web development:
o CSS
Expert level CSS
Working knowledge of CSS3
o HTML/XHTML
Semantic markup best practices
Working knowledge of HTML5
o JavaScript
Strong fluency in native JavaScript
Experience with unobtrusive JS techniques
Experience with jQuery or similar JS framework
Understand progressive enhancement best practices
Experience with Ajax-based web applications
• 5+ years experience developing user interfaces for the web
• Demonstrated experience with cross-browser/platform development
and debugging
• Fluency with Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with source control procedures and practices (SVN,
CVS or similar)
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid communications skills (written and verbal)
• Design sensibility
