刚才我妈告诉我，我家门口的两个南瓜是对面的邻居送的。我吃了一惊。我妈说“她对
我们这样还送南瓜”，我家老公说了：“送南瓜就送呗，可能是想道歉吧，我们接受了
”。 我感叹，唉，人生就是这么戏剧性呀。
这个邻居，当初来这里看房子的时候，就跑过来恶狠狠地说不能把车停在她家门口的路
边。很奇怪，不就是10分钟的事情吗？ 当时就觉得这邻居故意找茬。
我们搬进这个房子后，一天，一个朋友晚上在路边停了1分钟不到，人还在车里呢，她
就跑出来，说不能停车，朋友真生气，不就是1分钟的事情吗？
然后，好多次骚扰。 我每次都记下来了。

My friend was standing by at the side of the street for 15 seconds, LXXXXXX
came out of her house and criticised my friend parking there and ordered my
friend to move his car. My friend didn’t park his car there, but standby
only without engine off for 15 seconds. My friend was shocked by LXXXX’s
unreasonable behavior.
2. August 23, 2014 afternoon at 2:45pm
When I just arrived my house at XXXX, LXXXXXX approached me using very
harrassing words “What are your people doing in your house? You are not
supposed to do any renovation work in weekends. Do you have building permit?
I am going to report to the building department.” I told her that my
workers were installing hardwood flooring, which doesn’t require building
permit. Then LXXXX took pictures of my 84 y.o father without any
permission for unknown purpose. My father was shocked and scared. My father
’s emotion is highly damaged by LXXXX’s behavior. I called 911 for this
unreasonable behavior.
3. September 23, 2014 around 11am
My parents were doing yard work on the land in our back yard. LXXXX
called police to harass my parents. The police man came. My parents were
emotionally damaged by her behavior feeling threatened, harassed and
horrified.Of cause, I called 911 police the next day when I knew this
incident and delivered a letter to LXXXXX.
To LXXXXXX:
My parents were doing yard work on the land in our back yard. LXXXX

). My parents were emotionally damaged by her behavior
feeling threatened, harassed and horrified. My parents are over 65 year old
and cannot stand this kind of unreasonable behavior. Any further damage will
be recorded and may involve legal actions.
Any issue related to land ownership should be handled by owners of the
properties, no other people should interfere this issue. Please take
responsibility of all you actions that has and may cause emotional damage on
your neighbors.

4. September 23, 2014 LXXXXXX called/emailed building department JXXX for
nothing. Received a letter from JXXX regarding work done in the house which
may need permit.
Of cause, I emailed Jxxx -- inspector from City.
Hi JXXX:
I just want you know that there are continuous and repeated harassment from
LXXXX-- the owner of XXXXXXX. I keep logs about all harassment she put on us
since we moved into our house at XXXXXX.
I just let you know that we didn't do any work without permits and always
keep quiet in the neighborhood. LXXXX keeps harassing us by calling or
emailing building department, and calling policemen, or taking photos of us
(not only vans), but our portrait photos without permission and may misuse
our photos. I was told by the policemen that this lady has a long history of
calling policemen/building department for neighborhood minor things or
Nothing. I think you must know her well. If this continues and gets worse,
my attorney will be involved. She is violating our peaceful living and
interfering our normal life.
She has been doing some work around her house too and made a lot of noise in
the morning. Please check what kind of works she is doing which may require
permits. Those noises effect our living.
