The nutritional value of dried maca root is high, similar to cereal grains
such as rice and wheat. The average composition is 60-75% carbohydrates, 10-

polysaccharides.[11] Maca's reported beneficial effects for sexual function
could be due to its high concentration of proteins and vital nutrients;[12]
maca contains a chemical called p-methoxybenzyl isothiocyanate, which
reputedly has aphrodisiac properties.[2][5]

据说人家GMP很牛B很贵，靠的是对海藻声光养殖。不过40年都每改进
不禁让人怀疑高价是该公司没有R&D的后果而非产品本身好的缘故

如果主要功效是因为里面蛋白质和维生素矿物质含量高，那一顿怎么也得吃个两三两罗
