Dear Senator, Congressman, Ombudsman, USCIS/TSC, and First Lady’s office:
My name is XXXXX. I am sending this request in the wake of continuing effort
to propel my family I-485 application forward. Here is our basic
information:
Feb 7, 2014: Receipt date, concurrent filing of I140/485
Feb 12, 2014: I-140 approved, based on Alien of Extra-ordinary Ability EB-1A

May 13, 2014: XXXXX contacted Senator’s and Congressman’s office for case
status update (Thanks to Senator XXXXX. / Ms. XXXXX and Senator XXXXX / Ms.
XXXXX) (attached)
May 19, 2014: USCIS replied saying case under review, next service request
could be sent in 60 days later
June 2, 2014: Request was filed to USCIS/TSC to expedite my son’s
application so that he can catch the last train to be citizen five years
later (referral ID#: XXXXXxxxxx). Request is turned down due to none
emergent nature. The letter reminded us to check back after 30 days if we
don’t hear back (IO: # XMxxx).
June 6, 2014: We scheduled USCIS infopass, case is still under review. We
were told that now the regular 485 process will take one year, although
USCIS website clearly stated 6 months for TSC and 4 months for NSC.
June 6, 2014- Current (08/25/2014): Endless and speechless waiting ………
