【环球时报驻印度特约记者 周良臣 张凯文】最近印度政府因一场“封杀色情网站”风
波陷入尴尬。据英国广播公司(BBC)5日报道，在国内强烈抗议声下，印度当局下令解除
对857个网站的封禁，这一看似妥协的做法却又引来了另一方的不满。
据报道，事件的原委起于7月30日，在印度最高法院“禁止儿童色情不力”的压力
下，当局下令对857个成人网站实施封杀。可是，国内上下对政府这一决定的反对声势
让当局傻了眼。社交媒体上一片抗议，指责政府此举是“道德审查”，是试图限制公民
自由的“控制狂”的体现，甚至连一些高官都站出来，表达对禁令的反对。有些人称，
一些本没有色情内容的网站因为技术原因被归为色情网站而被查封。“这是一个塔利班
政府干的事。”有批评者说道。
印通信和信息技术部长普拉萨德对此作出了回应：“我们一直以来都支持媒体自由
，也致力于维护网络自由，禁令只是一项‘临时措施’。”印当局随即于5日下令，解
除对相关网站的封杀。不过，当局把这颗烫手山芋扔给了互联网服务供应商(ISPs)。当
局规定，ISPs有权不封杀没有儿童色情内容的相关网站，这引来了供应商的极大不满。
印度互联网服务供应商协会主席拉杰什称：“政府怎么能让我们来负责监管网站是否有
儿童色情内容？如果有网站偷偷上传这些内容，那我们不就成了众矢之的？”
这一连串风波让印度当局的处境十分尴尬。此前，印政府曾提议设立网络内容监察
专员，但同样因种种抗议而最终作罢。现在，封杀禁令仅施行4天就宣告作废，当局还
面临着多方指责。印度《印度时报》称，这一尴尬的转身是政府“笨手笨脚”的体现：
“摇摆不定的政府被迫重新审视自己的决定”。通信和信息技术部内的一些官员也心怀
不满，称禁令是内政部的决定，最后却让自己当了“替罪羊”。

我收到的回复和你差不多，我的case快6个月了，告诉我还要等90天。不过，前面还强
调了一下，可能因为没有visa了。无语！

NSC一月的RD，到今天是十个月零12天。
做了SR，前两天收到回复是UNDER REVIEW，再等60天。
没有RFE，没有任何状态的更新，就是在ACCEPTANCE!
心急如焚的感觉！可是觉得无能为力！
感觉就是一旦异常，就无边无尽，没有上限的等待了！
