800平方米非住宅门头房,产权是落给个人好还是公司好,目前出租费用是税前120万,
缴税区别在于,如果是公司产权是25%的公司所得税,个人产权是1%的个人所得税(财产
所得税不同于工资所得税),其他税率相同。
目前的顾虑是,个人无法避税,个人财产所得税有个20%的政策,但是从来没有按照此
税率征收过,税务部门也不知道何时执行,目前仍然是1%,即便是执行了,还是比公司
所得税低5%,如果落给公司作为固定资产,可以有各种名堂避税,但是以后经营上出现
问题就会牵扯到固定资产。
还有一个考虑就是绿卡缴税的问题,麻烦请大家给说说各自的利弊如何权衡,谢谢

as far as I know, the price is same. It's ridiculous that there is a price
difference when there are multiple companies is available to provide the
service, and FIB is not really a high tech at all.
Any FIB services do pad growth on the silicon.

They all claim they can grow the pad. The reality is that when they look at
your silicon, requirments pop up, such as, the thickness, the persavasion
type.
Finally, they say they cannot do it.

So... is price high? --- 1st question.
2nd question: So do you know that these requirements will be asked before
FIB services, since the passivation layer (not persavation) is always a
problem to any microscopes due to charging issue (BTW, this is physics, like
it or not)?
