McNulty is tying his boat to the dock, Bubbs sees that and asked
Bubbs: What the hell is that?
McNulty: A Baltimore knot.
Bubbs: Baltimore knot? What the hell is a Baltimore knot?
McNulty: I don't know, but it's never the same thing twice.
