it's hard to argue.
for example, if there is only visa and MC, you can say visa is the same as
not MC.
but, all of a sudden AMEX comes into play. so now visa is not the same as
Not MC.
you really have to go back to the need and say do they really mean visa only
? or they mean NOT MC.

我例子给得不好
其中几个條件原話大概是这样写的：
include all products except exclude products if they satisfy the following
conditions
if price = 0
if name is like "blah blah"
etc
直接說 include product if price <> 0, name not like "blah blah" 就不用一边寫
碼一边玩腦精急遛弯了
