我在6月份有排期之前同时提交了140和485，收到140的收据后追加了PP,但是10天之后
收到了TSC IO:1265的RFE Letter，主要质疑contribution...想请教各位如何来准备
response letter,还有需要额外准备什么材料。
我的背景是：
文章：9篇（一作4篇）
citation: 240左右（一作文章的citation占40%）
评审文章：13篇（from:7个不同的杂志）
现在我的律师让我找媒体报道，更多citation highlights，还要找同领域内引用数低
于您的教授或者公司里面职位比较高的研究人员的google profile
请问各位大神还有什么建议吗？

标题: 我建议把博士后改革为学位

3年为一级博士后，6年为二级博士后，以此类推。
因为是攻读学位，所以博士后要交学费。学费用TA的形式赚。
这样做有几个好处
1.把博士后和浑水摸鱼的博士区分开来。
2.博士后级别越高，表明科研水平越高，越老越值钱。
3.博士后拿F1签证，便宜又好拿，一拿拿个5年。高级别饿博士后，F1完直接EB1A绿卡
，又快又好。
4.老板不用给博士后开工资，因为学校付TA工资。或者老板付一半，TA付一半。给老板
省钱。
5. 因为不是工作，是读学位，所以不用遵守NIH最低工资，统一3万一个月stipend，继
续给老板省钱。
这样薄厚赢，老板赢，学校赢，三赢，皆大欢喜。

具体是这样写的。。。
With regard to the beneficiary’s citation record; the petitioner has not
established that 230 citations are indicative of contributions of major
significance in the field of xxx. Regarding the letter of support, USCIS
notes that the authors consider the beneficiary a competent researcher in
the field who has made original contributions to the overall body of
knowledge in her field; However, the support letters does not establish the
beneficiary has made contributions of major significance to the entire field.

PL没组织好，
RL估计也有些问题
RFE回复，不一定是要顺着IO的回复内容去回复，那是中国人的典型思维，华裔律师也
不例外。
那样很多时候是悲剧。

立推荐信试试？
