I read a book about psychology of love on the train. It says that there is
universal standard of beauty independent of culture and time. Men usually
like two types of woman: 1 baby round face with large eyes and small nose
and small chin. 2. Sexy type with high cheek bones, full lips and widened
pupils. They say sense of beauty is "genetic".
Is that so? Are there universal beauty of lesbian girls?

here's my take.
the kinda of beauty the book's talking about is superficial and often
temporary...more like you get from just looking at a person.
"beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" refers more to the inner side of a
person. It might seem elusive at first but once you get it it'll last very
long.
