I had the same questions as yours. And I wanted to study IP as well. I asked
so many people and I decided to go with a good IP program instead of national
ranking.
My major is CS and I always wanted to live in bay area where there are plenty
of opportunities for CS background. I was told that Santa Clara University has
a very nice IP program. They have a variaty of IP courses and they even offer
a high tech certificate. They send out students to do internships in eBay,
Sun, Oracle, etc. every su
